Our Story
We’ve always believed that pets aren’t just animals you care for, they’re family. At Paw & Kin, we celebrate the unique bond between pets and their people, and we wanted a name that reflected that feeling at its core.
What began as a lifelong love for animals grew into a vision to create a dedicated experiential pet hub in Ernakulam where pets and their owners feel genuinely cared for, understood, and welcomed.
Built from years of growing up alongside dogs who became an inseparable part of everyday life, Paw & Kin was founded on the belief that the pet care experience in Kochi should feel more personal, thoughtful, and compassionate.
Our Vision for Pet Care
At the heart of Paw & Kin is the understanding that every dog and cat has their own personality, needs, comfort levels, and emotional connection with their family. We wanted to build a spacious, premium environment that serves as more than just a pet retail store or grooming spa, we wanted to build a vibrant community space rooted in trust, empathy, quality, and connection.
Today, our 3,000 sq. ft. flagship location in Panampilly Nagar, Kochi is home to:

Inspired by Family
Our journey has been deeply shaped by the dogs who became family over the years - Tracy, Porthos, T-Rex, Piper, Fergie, Luke, Ola, Archie and El. Each of them inspired the love, deep understanding, and emotional connection that became the true foundation of this brand. We understand that pet care is deeply personal. Behind every grooming appointment, meal choice, toy, leash, or bed is someone who simply wants the very best for their companion. That’s why we aim to create experiences that feel warm, reassuring, and honest, where pets are treated with utmost kindness and pet parents feel fully supported.
